Croissand Cafe is founded by Chef William Lim and his partner. With more than 30 years of experience, Chef William is a familiar name in the Singapore food scene. He has led restaurants as executive chef in hotels such as Hilton, Grand Park City Hall and The Warehouse Hotel. He was also the corporate chef for Violet Oon.
Croissand Cafe was born to spread the love of local flavours infused in croissants and pastas. Regular diners recommend the cafe for its high quality ingredients and affordable prices.
Recognised for his achievements, Chef William has made media appearances on pages such as 8 Days and The Beat Asia. He has also been featured in articles such as Croissand Coast.
